The short version. This website describes what we do. It is not a contract. Delivery times on it are typical ranges rather than guarantees. Nothing becomes binding until we have quoted your specific products and you have accepted that quote in writing.
Who these terms are between
These terms apply between you and Axono Shipping, whose website this is. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this website is
It describes our sourcing and fulfillment service so that you can decide whether to contact us. It is marketing information, written as accurately as we can manage, but it is information rather than a contractual offer.
Delivery times
Every delivery time on this site is a typical range, based on how our parcels normally move. They are not guarantees and they are not promises of a delivery date.
International shipping depends on the carrier, the destination, customs clearance, seasonal volume and factors nobody controls. Any supplier guaranteeing you an exact delivery date on cross-border shipping is telling you what you want to hear.
We will always give you a realistic window for your specific products and destinations when we quote, and we will tell you when something is running late.
Quotes
A quote is specific to the products, quantities and destinations it covers, and is valid for the period stated in it. Product costs, shipping rates and currency all move, so an old quote is not a price we are bound to.
Nothing on this website is a price. We publish no price list precisely because any published price would be wrong within weeks.
Minimum order and warehousing claims
Where we say there is no minimum order, that applies to dropshipping. Bulk production runs and some custom manufacturing have genuine minimums, which depend on the product and which we tell you honestly when we quote.
Where we say warehousing is free with no time limit, that applies to stock we are fulfilling orders from. It is not indefinite free storage of stock that is not moving, and we would talk to you long before that became an issue.
Where the website ends and an agreement begins
Using this site, sending us a quote request or exchanging messages with us does not create a contract. A working relationship begins when we have quoted your specific requirements and you have accepted that quote.
Terms covering orders, payment, defects, returns, liability and termination are agreed at that point, in writing, between us and you. Those terms, not this page, govern the actual service.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and we deliberately avoid publishing statistics, testimonials or client results we cannot stand behind. Even so, information can become out of date, and import rules in particular change faster than websites do.
Treat information here as a starting point, not as legal, tax or customs advice. How duty and tax are handled for your orders is set out in the terms we agree with you when you become a client.
Our content
The text, images, design and code of this website belong to us. You are welcome to read it, share links to it and quote short extracts with attribution. Republishing substantial parts of it as your own is not permitted.
Images marked as an illustration are exactly that, illustrations rather than photographs of our own operation. They are labeled so that nothing on this site misrepresents what we do.
Other companies we mention
We name marketplaces, platforms and carriers where it is useful to explain how things work or to compare options fairly. Those names belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply any partnership or endorsement in either direction, and we aim to describe them accurately rather than to disparage them.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what those sites do. The WhatsApp button opens a service operated by Meta under their own terms.
Availability
We try to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove pages as the business changes.
