We ship from our own warehouse in China, which means we cannot match the two-to-five-day domestic delivery that US-based warehouses advertise. If fast US delivery on products that already exist is what you need, a US wholesaler will serve you better.
We also do not run a self-serve catalog. If you want to browse and test dozens of products this week with a few clicks, a platform suits that better.
And we are not the only one offering free storage. Zendrop advertises $0 storage fees for its private agent clients. Where we differ is that ours has no time limit, no volume threshold to qualify, and every unit is inspected before it is packed.
We fit when you have found products that sell, you want them in your own branding with every unit checked, and you ship to the UK, Europe, Canada or Australia as well as the US.
It depends on where you sell and what you want to sell. US sellers who need fast domestic delivery on existing products are usually best served by a US wholesaler. Sellers testing many products tend to use a platform with a catalog. Sellers building their own pet brand, especially outside the US, tend to use a private agent in China.
Check each supplier’s own terms. Some US distributors only accept retailers based in the United States, and US warehouses are built around fast US delivery rather than international shipping.
Most offer something, but the depth varies widely. It ranges from a packing slip with your company name, to branded packaging on paid plans, to a logo on the product itself. Compare what is branded (the slip, the box or the product) rather than whether branding is offered at all.
