Why being in China matters
Most of the problems in a dropshipping supply chain are solved by someone standing in front of the product. Not by an email thread, and not by a dashboard.
When a factory quietly swaps a component for a cheaper one, someone has to notice the change in the unit. When a batch of harnesses has weak stitching, someone has to pull on them. When a carrier holds a shipment, someone has to call them during Chinese office hours. Being here is not a marketing line. It is the reason any of the rest of it works.
It also changes the speed of everything. A question about a product gets answered the same day, because the factory is a short drive or a local phone call away, not a fifteen-hour time difference and a language barrier.
Why pet products
We chose one category and learned it properly. Pet products fail in specific, predictable ways. Stitching on harnesses, material density on chew toys, coatings on bowls, sizing that does not match real breeds. A supplier who handles them every day knows where to look.
We do take other categories for existing clients and for sellers who bring us a clear product. But we would rather be honest that pet is where we are strongest than pretend to be expert in everything.

Delivery times on this site are typical ranges based on how our parcels normally move. We do not publish guaranteed delivery dates, because no supplier shipping internationally can honestly guarantee one.
We do not invent numbers
You will not find made-up order volumes, client counts or review scores anywhere on this site. When we have real client results and permission to publish them, they will appear. Not before.
We flag problems early
Customs holds, carrier delays, a factory changing a component, peak season slowdowns. You hear about it from us while there is still time to tell your customers, not afterwards.
