Why scale with the supplier you already use
The usual path is messy. A seller tests products with one supplier, finds a winner, then goes looking for a factory on a sourcing marketplace, starts from zero on trust and quality, and discovers the bulk units are not quite the same product they were dropshipping.
We already know the product, because we have been shipping it for you one order at a time. We know which factory makes it, what fails inspection, and what your customers complain about. That is a far better starting point for a production run than a new supplier and a fresh set of assumptions.

The honest answer on minimum order quantities
Plenty of suppliers advertise "low MOQ" and then quote you a thousand units once you ask a real question. Here is how it actually works:
- Dropshipping has no minimum. One order is fine. This never changes.
- Branded mailers, insert cards and hang tags run small. You do not need thousands of units to look like a brand.
- Printed retail boxes can run small too, though the cost per box drops significantly as the quantity goes up.
- Custom moulds or a genuinely new product need larger runs. Tooling has a real cost and it has to be spread across units.
We will always give you the real number. If a product needs a bigger run than you are comfortable with, we say so and suggest what to change instead. Usually packaging first, product second.

What is the minimum order for private label?
It depends on the product and how much you want changed. Custom packaging such as printed mailers, insert cards and hang tags can be produced in small runs. Custom moulds or heavily modified products need a larger run. We tell you the real minimum for your specific product when we quote it.
What can you customise?
Your logo printed or embossed on the product, branded poly mailers and boxes, insert and thank-you cards, hang tags and labels, full printed retail boxes, and custom color, scent or material variations. Most pet products can be changed in at least one of these ways.
How much does branded packaging cost?
Branding costs are quoted per project and are usually small relative to the product cost, particularly for mailers, insert cards and hang tags. Printed retail boxes cost more because they are printed and die-cut. We quote the packaging separately so you can see exactly what the branding adds per unit.
Do I have to pay for storage once the bulk order arrives?
No. Warehousing is free with no time limit and no monthly fee. Your bulk stock sits on our shelves and is picked, packed and shipped as orders come in.
Can I test a product before committing to a bulk run?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start by dropshipping the product one order at a time with no minimum. Once it sells consistently, move that product to a bulk run with your branding on it. You keep the same supplier and the same contact the whole way through.
Can you ship bulk stock to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We produce, inspect and pack your stock in bulk and ship it to Amazon FBA warehouses. This is part of our bulk and private label service, separate from dropshipping.
How long does a private label production run take?
Production time depends on the product, the quantity and how much customisation is involved. We give you a realistic production window in the quote rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you as soon as anything slips.
